Policy for Service users (those who upload exam papers for processing)

We collect your ip address and browser details for the purpose of logging access to the service
We set a cookie in your browser to allow you to remain logged in to the service
PDF scans are uploaded to our server and processed by our software. They are deleted from our server after 3 months.
The data extracted from the scans are available to the logged in user to download indefinitely. We will not access or share responses with any other third party.

This service and all data including backups resides in the State of Victoria, Australia. No data or backups are held or transmitted outside of Australia.

Your contact details are not stored or sent overseas.
If you wish to delete/remove data from this service, you may do so at any time by contacting ACSPRI. If you wish for data to also be removed from encrypted backups, you must contact ACSPRI using the contact details below
